In 1987 is constituted as Parkway de Panamá, S.A. giving rise to a company specialized in the development and manufacture of detergents, chemical specialties for industry, mainly food. Their managers were the gentlemen Jose R. Young and Robert Whitaker.
Product of commercial procedures, rights were obtained to use some formulas, names of detergents and specialty chemicals from the Houston Texas-based Parkway Research Inc franchise, with "Food Drug Administration" approvals (FDA) from United States.
